Description
Final Fantasy Tactics x D&D in a new, epic fantasy roleplaying game with endless customization.
Feature Highlights
Why play L.O.R.E. instead of...

Fully Customizable Characters. From Physiology (race), Culture, Backgrounds, and Motivations (Alignment), each can be customized within itself.
Dynamic Encounters. Combat, Social, and Environmental resolutions that allow each role to shine.
Class Branches. 14 Base Classes that evolve into 1 of 40 Advanced Classes, with side progression via Prestige Classes and late-game advancement via Master Classes, for 70 in total.
Craft Anything. Systems exist for everything, from common backpacks to magic items to property.
Unique Magic Origins. Over 1,000 powers across six Magic Origins that can be added or removed from your setting to customize play.
Esoterica. Full systems for Followers & Downtime & Mounts as companions that retain game-relevance!

What about the setting?
L.O.R.E. is setting agnostic, meaning it can be fit into near any setting, and can even cross genres.

The Shattered Lands. A setting created specifically for L.O.R.E., the Shattered Lands is a Sci-Fantasy realm that uses all six of the game's Magic Origins to illustrate its unique capabilities.
Cross Genre. While shipped with implied fantasy setting tropes, with crafting and the customization of Magic Origins, L.O.R.E. can be made to fit into near-any genre, from gritty, modern realism to space opera, cyberpunk, or low fantasy.
Legendary Tales. No matter the setting, your character should always feel like the subject of a legend or myth, facing immense odds and finding unique solutions to their builds.

Infinite Progression
There are no hard caps to player statistics, or levels! Finishing one Class opens up another, and encounters scale similarly. There's always room to grow, and new challenges wait around the corner.
You can play one character for as long as you prefer.
Endless Builds
With the customization within Physiologies, Cultures, Backgrounds, and Classes, even a character that selects the same base options as another can be entirely different. Customization emerges as you play, and a single choice, no matter how small, can alter a build, with even the selection of powers changing the way a character plays.
The available builds are countless.
Deadly Balance
L.O.R.E.'s mechanical balance exists within teamwork. No one character can resolve every encounter, and with its separation of vital resources (Hit Points & Endurance), even the strongest characters are in danger if they are unprepared, or set out alone...

Initial Products
The Player's Companion contains everything you need to play. Basic mechanics, character options, magic systems & items, equipment, encounters, and so forth. This is all you need to actually start the game!
The Loremaster's Companion adds additional content for expanded play, including Prestige & Master Classes, environmental details, ways to create custom content, more in-depth property, NPCs, additional systems (like caravan travel), and more.

Beta Feedback
Here's what our beta player's have to say so far...
"I've played TTRPG's for most of my life, over 20 years, and started getting bored with them until I started playing L.O.R.E."
"L.O.R.E.'s complex yet flexible system let me build exactly what I wanted of my character's personality as well as what I wanted them to be able to achieve mechanically."
"L.O.R.E. has reinvigorated my love of TTRPG's and I can't wait to see what wild and fantastical things I can do with this system."
"There were so many pieces missing whenever I played another TTRPG. Now, with L.O.R.E., it feels like my imagination has no limits!"
"L.O.R.E. let me build the character I envisioned. In other systems, I had to bend my concept to approximate the direction I wanted to go."
"You (Gregory) told us we could build anything, and we said bet. Then, well, we could build anything."
